From Pisa (ca. 1-1,5 h)
 

1. Take the motorway A12 towards Roma-Grosseto and exit at Rosignano. Enter then on the highway Superstrada SS1 (Via Aurelia) towards Grosseto.

2. Exit at FOLLONICA NORD and from there, continue always towards Follonica.

3. Take the 4th entrance, turning directly after the AGIP petrol station (huge roundabout) right. Continue straight on at the first roundabout and at the third (1st at PAM supermarket) you nearly have to drive completely around the roundabout (in practice as if you were turning left); continue until the end of this small street and then turn left. Continue straight on, and turn into the 3rd road on your left. You'll see the houses on your right, where you can leave the car or, continue straight on, until the end of the road, right into the parking. 

From Rome (ca. 1,5 - 2 h)

1. Motorway towards Civitavecchia. 

2. The Motorway finishes at Civitavecchia. From there take the Superstrada SS1 towards Grosseto/Livorno. 

3. About 20 minutes after the exit of Grosseto Nord you should exit Massa Marittima and from there towards Follonica.

4. At the huge roundabout (you'll see in front of you an AGIP petrol station) continue straight on (always toward Follonica), straight on at the first small roundabout and at the third (1st at PAM supermarket) you nearly have to drive completely around the roundabout (in practice as if you were turning left); continue until the end of this small street and then turn left. Continue straight on, and turn into the 3rd road on your left. You'll see the houses on your right, where you can leave the car or, continue straight on, until the end of the road, right into the parking.
